-Are the keyboards macOS compatible?
Yes, all the keyboards are compatible with MacOs. please put it in the note so we can send the right one to you.
*Please note that the firmware and driver need to be updated on windows 10.
-Does the keyboard have Mac keycaps?
Yes, you can buy Mac keycaps, contact us.
-Do you have layouts in other language?
We're sorry that our keyboards are currently available in standard ansi layout only. Please contact us for other or customized layouts.
-What's the shipping time?
All orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Chinese warehouse. Learn more details about delivery time and cost from our shipping policy.
-Do I need to pay for taxes/duties?
All products sold by us do not include duties and taxes. There are only product amounts and shipping fees charged on your orders. Customs policies widely vary in different countries. We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. The additional charges such as vat tax, customs clearance fees, local shipping charges, or admin charges would be borne by you. Timber started out very differently. Several years ago, we created a rendering of a fully wooden ergonomic keyboard. The model was beautiful, but producing a fully wooden keyboard is very difficult and costly. Despite these setbacks, we never completely gave up on the idea of creating a beautiful wooden keyboard. Now we still have it here for you.
Our goal with Keyboard Lab is to make beautiful keyboards. We believe the mechanical keyboards should not be only for gamers or enthusiasts. Mechanical keyboards should be accessible and desirable to anyone who types regularly, and that's just about everyone.
